So, I started this challenge quite a while ago. I have been slacking. I have had a lot going on in my life. Ok – I have been slacking.
Today I bring you Day 3 – Sunday’s look. I actually wore this yesterday {Tuesday} but started feeling sick last night. I didn’t go to work today and I know that you don’t really want to see me in my pjs.
Challenge shirt – Old Navy, Sweater – Target, Skirt – J Crew outlet, Shoes – Nine West, Flower pin – New York and Company, Jewelry – The Limited, Tights – KMart
Inspiration Photo
You may have noticed that I went with a much looser inpretation this time. I felt like the bright skirt and flower conveyed the feeling of this look really well. What do you think? Can you see the inspiration?
I also got my eyebrows waxed yesterday. It is my most favorite/neccessary beauty routine. What about you? What do you absolutely love/ need having done?
PS – Pedicures are a close second.
Check out those perfectly groomed eyebrows.
Don’t mind the fact that I look super tired here. It was a long day at work and was starting to not feel well at all.
Also – don’t you love the little splash of pattern mixing?

Oooh cant wait to see how else you style this chambray shirt!

Thanks! I am excited to continue this little self-imposed challenge.
I totally have that sweater – wore it last week! Also have those shoes in brown.
This is a great look – I am always a fan of a button-up under a v-neck sweater, tails out.
Again, the untucked shirt makes the outfit totally work. You’re doing great mixing colors and combining traditional pieces for a modern look.
ps. What I wouldn’t give for your flawless complection!
